We are happy we can introduce ourselves.
Whether you recently invested in real estate on Bonaire and you would like to have someone taking care of your precious asset or you are looking for some great investment opportunities, our team is happy to assist you in all aspects of this great adventure.
We moved to Bonaire in 2013. A few years later we started investing in real estate on Bonaire. We started renting our properties for short term rentals, which formed the start of Caribbean Lofts Bonaire.
Over the years we added some more properties to our portfolio and also started managing other owners properties.
Over the years we noticed 2 basic needs that all home owners are looking for:

What do we offer:
Marketing
Using the most common booking portals (like Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO,…) and our own website we attract many guests. We also use social media to reach as many different potential guests. We make sure professional photos are taken of your property.
Excellent communication
Instant communication have become very important. Guests love the fact that their requests are answered as fast as possible.
Maintenance
Whether you rent out your property or you keep it for your family and friends, you will benefit from your property in perfect condition. With our many years of experience on Bonaire with contractors and our multilingual team who speak Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamentu we know exactly who to approach for which project. We also give advice for maintenance or construction projects. Since we have our own maintenance team, we are able to react rapidly in case of calamities and projects.
Transparency
When you are far away, you will value transparency on what is happening at your property. We use a professional platform for Property Management which allows a home owner to access immediately whether the property is occupied, how much the guest pays for his stay, and many other details.
Services
Long term rental:
We make sure to select a tenant based on your requirements and
needs. We take care of the administration and settlement of the lease.
We are the contact person for tenant and owner.
Short term rental:
Your property will be listed on our web site and other platforms. We take
care of the communication with the guests before and during their
stay. We will be the contact person for calamities and all their needs.
Even when your property is not occupied, we pass by regularly to check
if everything’s alright.
Care taker
Maybe you decide not to rent your property for long or short term. In such case we can be the caretaker of your property. Our services will be tailored to your personal needs and based on the property. Being a caretaker entails for instance:
- Keeping watch of the property
- Organizing maintenance jobs, garden maintenance, pool
maintenance, pest control,...
- Collecting utility bills
- Checking the property for leaks and damages
- Making sure that every installed system is working correctly, such as heating, lighting and alarm.
- Organizing cleaning before the owner’s stay
Cleaning and Laundry
High cleaning standards are essential for both happy guests and owners. Our team is equipped in order to meet International standards. Apart from cleaning we also offer rental of bed linnen and towels and provide laundry services.Thanks to the seamless work between our property management company and cleaning company, we are able to provide the guest and owner with a complete package.
