Who we are
Caribbean Lofts was founded in 2017.
Over the years, we’ve gained valuable experience in making sure every guest enjoys an unforgettable stay, while property owners gain the full benefits of owning a (second) home on Bonaire.
Since then, our team has grown, and today we manage the entire rental process — from cleaning, laundry, and maintenance to construction and guest rentals.

We offer a complete package for both homeowners and guests. With our dedicated cleaning and laundry team, skilled technicians, and attentive front desk staff, we make sure every part of the rental process runs seamlessly — giving homeowners peace of mind and guests a smooth, enjoyable stay.
Maintenance Team

With many years of experience on Bonaire and strong connections with trusted contractors, our multilingual team (speaking Dutch, English, Spanish, and Papiamentu) knows exactly who to approach for every type of project.
We provide expert advice on maintenance and construction, and with our own in-house maintenance team, we can respond quickly to emergencies and carry out projects efficiently.
Cleaning & Laundry Team
Our in-house cleaning and laundry team work closely with our rental team to ensure seamless communication. This coordination allows us to provide the highest level of service and meet the needs of every guest, ensuring both comfort and satisfaction.

Services
Long-Term Rental
We carefully select tenants based on your requirements and needs, handle all lease administration, and act as the main contact for both tenant and owner.
Short-Term Rental
Your property will be listed on our website and other platforms. We manage all communication with guests before and during their stay, handle any emergencies, and take care of their needs. Even when your property is unoccupied, we regularly check to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
Caretaker Services
If you decide not to rent your property, we can act as your dedicated caretaker. Our services are tailored to your personal needs and the specifics of your property, and can include:
- Monitoring the property for security
- Organizing maintenance, garden care, pool maintenance, and pest control
- Collecting utility bills
- Inspecting the property for leaks or damages
- Ensuring all systems (heating, lighting, alarm, etc.) are functioning correctly
- Organizing cleaning prior to the owner’s stay
