Villa with beautiful views of the entire island and Klein Bonaire. Located in Santa Barbara.
The house has 195 m² of living space on a plot of 1,100 m². All rooms are on the ground floor. The open kitchen and living room lead onto a large covered veranda with lounge sofas, a dining table for six and ceiling fans, and from there onto the teak deck and the private mineral pool. The trade wind keeps it cool up here.
Three bedrooms, each with a 160 × 200 cm box-spring bed, a mosquito net, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Two bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, an American fridge with ice maker, an induction hob, a combi steam oven, a microwave, an airfryer and a Nespresso machine. Outside there is a Weber gas BBQ, sunbeds, a hammock and sun umbrellas.
The whole villa is yours, including the veranda, the pool and the fenced garden.
The villa is on the hill in Santa Barbara, a quiet residential area above Kralendijk. The beach and the centre of town are about 10 minutes by car, so you will need a car. A rinse sink for dive gear is in the front garden.
