1. Booking & Payment

  • All reservations must be made directly through our website.

  • A booking is only confirmed once full or partial payment has been received and you receive a confirmation email from us.

  • Any bank charges, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the guest and are not included in the booking price.

  • Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 17:00

  • Check-out time: 10:00

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.

3. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the property.

  • No parties or events unless previously approved in writing.

  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

  • Quiet hours: 22:00-08:00

  • Pets are only allowed with prior approval from the host. Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning fees or termination of the stay without refund.

  • Please respect the property and neighbors at all times.

4. Occupancy

  • Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the stay without refund.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email or whatsapp of Caribbean Lofts Bonaire

  • Our cancellation policy:

    • Payment is due when the reservation is made. In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 75% refund. In case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival or a no show, no refund will be given.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or eviction due to policy violations.

6. Security Deposit & Damages

  • A refundable security deposit of $250 is required prior to check-in.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Charges may apply for lost keys, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other property damage.

7. Maintenance & Emergencies

  • Please report any maintenance issues as soon as possible to +599 786 4630

  • For emergencies (e.g., fire, water leak, safety issues), please call +599 786 4630 or 911.

8. Liability

  • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.

  • Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of any accompanying guests.

9. Compliance

  • Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and the rules outlined in this rental policy.

  • Any violation of house rules, excessive noise, unauthorized guests, or illegal activity may result in immediate action by the host.

  • The host reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund and require guests to vacate the property immediately if any serious breach of policy occurs.

  • Law enforcement may be contacted if necessary.
