Sonos sound system The dive locker is on the ground floor in the breezeway, opened with the same key as the front door. Rinse tank, bootie bin, wetsuit hangers, dive hangers, and the beach chairs and table live in there too.
Master bedroom has a queen, AC, blackout curtains, a safe, a desk and a printer. Second bedroom has a bunk bed, one full and one twin, also with AC. One bathroom.
The kitchen is the reason people stay a month. Full stove with a microwave/oven combo, dishwasher, washer/dryer, cast iron skillet, electric griddle, blender, full cookware and dinnerware for eight. Coffee three ways: percolator, press pot, pour-over, plus a milk foamer. Salt, pepper and basic spices are already there.
Outside, a covered living area with its own ceiling fan, an L-shaped couch, a dining table with bench and four chairs, and a drying rack for gear.
Roku TVs in the living room and master bedroom, a Bose soundbar, and a Bluetooth bedroom speaker. Outlets are both 110V US and 220V European.
The whole apartment is yours, plus the private dive locker downstairs. One key opens both. The gate code for the Watervillas community is sent before you arrive, and parking is free on the premises.
Beach chairs and a beach table are in the dive locker and are yours to use. Our front desk at Caribbean Lofts also rents paddle boards and extra beach chairs if you want them.
Luggage storage at the front office is free, whether you land before the apartment is ready or have a late flight out. Want groceries waiting when you walk in? Send us your list after booking and we will stock the fridge before check-in.
Caribbean Rentals is our rental car partner. Free airport pick-up and transfer to the apartment when you rent a car with them, and they rent boats too if you want to snorkel Klein Bonaire on your own. We live and work on Bonaire and answer messages within the hour.
Check-in is from 5 PM and checkout is 10 AM. If the apartment is ready earlier you can go straight in at no charge, and if it isn’t, drop your bags at our front office. Late checkout until 3 PM is sometimes possible for a fee when nobody is arriving that day.
There is no pool at the Watervillas. The water is right in front of you and Te Amo and Donkey Beach are about a kilometre away.
Ceiling fans run on their remotes only. Using the wall switch unpairs the fan from its remote, so please leave the wall switches alone.
We are near the airport. Guests consistently tell us they don’t hear it at night, but you will notice daytime flights.
Bonaire has mosquitoes. Coils and dishes are in the outdoor cabinet, and the glass shutters are best left open during the day and closed when the AC is running.
Trash goes out Tuesday before 8 AM. The bin lives under the stairs.
No smoking, no pets, no parties. Quiet from 10 PM.

Te Amo Beach and Donkey Beach are about a kilometre away, and Dive Friends is two minutes down the road — we can arrange a discount voucher.
The kite and windsurf spots at Lac Bay are a 10-15 minute drive.
Supermarkets and the centre of Kralendijk are a few minutes by car.
There is no pool at the Watervillas — the water is right in front of you.

Late check-out is subject to availability based on our occupancy on that day. In case it is not possible, luggage can be stored at the office of Caribbean Lofts.

In case of cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 75% refund.
